Your new company
You will be working for one of the largest television shopping companies in the world. This company has offices across many countries around the world and it's brand name is well-known.
Your new role
You will be working with 2 other Talent Acquisition Partners in handling end-to-end recruitment. This will include candidate sourcing (both direct and agency), interview coordination, conducting reference checks, making salary recommendations, producing offer letters, and closing.
What you'll need to succeed
You should have minimum 2 years' experience in a Recruitment function, ideally at a non-Japanese company, and intermediate English skills.
What you'll get in return
This will be a temp-to-perm employment; salary for initial 6-months will be approximately 1,700-1,800yen/hr, upon mutual agreement you will be employed as a Permanent employee with annual salary of approximately JPY 5.5-6.0 million.
