HR Manager at RUAG Space in Linköping
Space is one of the most challenging environments available. Developing products that both solve our customers' problems and at the same time survive years after years far out into space is a fascinating challenge.
At RUAG Space, we work to make a difference in people's everyday lives and make the earth a better place. Our products make it possible to communicate, navigate home, predict the weather for midsummer, monitor environmental and climate change and increase understanding of the earth and the universe.
About 130 people work on the product unit for mechanical systems in Linköping, with the development and manufacture of dispensers and separation systems for launchers, load-bearing structures for satellites and control systems for probe rockets. The entire space industry is currently in an exciting phase of development and growth and it is inspiring to be on the journey. We are now looking for an HR Manager for the Linköping unit.
As HR Manager you are part of the local management team in Linköping and work closely with the managers on all existing HR issues. You are responsible for driving the development of the strategic HR work on the site, while you, together with managers and employees, develop and implement the HR processes in practice in the daily operations.
The role is broad and varied with tasks that include everything from employer branding activities, recruitment and competence provision, organizational development and change work, work environment issues and rehabilitation, labor law and union collaboration, to follow-up and strategy ahead.
You work in the office in Linköping but are part of the Swedish HR team together with another 4 colleagues who have their workplace at our head office in Gothenburg. You report organizationally to the HR manager of the Swedish company.
We are looking for you who have relevant education at university level and at least 5 years work experience of broad HR work. You have good knowledge of HR processes and have advantageously worked in a global organization. You have a coaching approach and collaborate with the organization to achieve the company's goals.
As a person, you are trustworthy and easy to create relationships at all levels of the company. You can easily analyze problems and work independently to solve them. You have a good communicative ability in speech and writing, both in English and Swedish.
RUAG Space believes that committed employees are an important prerequisite for good results and we strive to give room for balance between work and private life. We also believe that an even gender distribution between men and women is good for both results and working climate.
