We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join us, to develop, establish and grow our new specialist recruitment agency. 

The role will involve sourcing and placing workers from specialists’ areas to resource the College’s flexible staffing needs. The role will also lead to developing and growing the recruitment agency. You will work with key internal stakeholders to service their areas, as well as manage key internal and external relationships. 

You will have experience of sourcing and placing workers in the education sector, especially from shortage areas, such as English/Maths, Science and other STEM related areas. You will have good communication and project management skills, and be able to work to deadlines.  You will be a self-starter, focused and driven to achieve targets and provide an excellent customer service.
